张流强 副教授,硕导

个人简历

 1987-1991年:北京大学,学士学位

 1995-1997年:上海交通大学,硕士学位

 1997-2000年:中科院上海微系统所,博士学位

2000-2002年:美国TUFTS大学,副研究员

2003---至今:重庆大学副教授,硕士生导师

 


研究方向  

 

长期从事半导体器件、光电探测器、读出电路和能谱分析系统方面的研究。主要研究方向是:高分辨能谱成像系统技术、光电半导体器件的理论建模和大功率光电导开关技术。

 

承担项目及研究成果目前主持国家自然科学基金项目和横向项目。截至20195月,获省部级科技进步3等奖1项。在IEEE Transactions On Electron DevicesJournal of Physics Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering,光学学报,光电工程,SPIE等国内外杂志和重要会议上发表学术论文30余篇,其中被SCI收录10余篇,SCI引用34余次,授权中国发明专利5项,高强度发明专利1项。

 

教学及社会服务(200字以内)

主讲固体物理与半导体物理、固体图像传感器技术、半导体器件等课程。担任中国物理B、中国光学、光学精密工程、光电工程等期刊的评审专家。

Liuqiang Zhang ( 姓名 ) Ph.D, Assoc. Professor  

 

Liuqiang Zhang is the Assoc. Professor of the Opto-electronic Engineering College at Chongqing University. He received his Ph.D. in Shanghai Institute of Metallurgy, Chinese Academy of Sciences in Micro-electronics and solid-state electronics and was with the State Key Laboratory of Transducer Technology. He is a visit scholar of Tufts University of the United States. He is the recipient of the Third Prize of Science and Technology Advance from National Defense Minatory. He has published over 30 papers and holds 5 patents.
