Dongling Li was born in China in 1982. He received the B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 2006, 2009 and 2016, respectively.

She is currently a Senior Engineer in the college of Optoelectronic Engineering, Chongqing University. Her current research interests include Micro/Nano devices and processing technology, intelligent sensors, photoelectric films and devices.
